RLM Software, a pioneer in flight information technologies and makers of FlightView� flight tracking products, announced today that Mike Benjamin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Benjamin succeeds the company's founding President, Lorraine Flynn, who will continue to serve RLM as a member of the Board of Directors.

Benjamin brings a diverse background and considerable experience to the role. Most recently, he served as CEO at Open Ratings, a leader in predictive supply chain management solutions. At Open Ratings he increased revenue and achieved profitability by delivering actionable suppy chain data to Fortune 500 customers. Prior to Open Ratings, he served in various executive roles at Agile and Eigner Software, suppliers of Product Lifecycle Management software. In addition, Mike founded and served as President of CyberGear, a developer of virtual reality exercise equipment that was ultimately acquired by CybexInternational.
