FlightView Monitor

Little Rock National Airport has upgraded its customer service offerings with FlightView Monitor, becoming the 14th airport to use this product in the terminal and on the web. FlightView runs on a large monitor placed near the Customer Care Center and displays all flights arriving into and departing from Little Rock in real-time on a map displaying high-resolution radar weather. FlightView Monitor will also be available on Little Rock's web site, under "Track a Flight" on the homepage.

"The flight display monitor will be another source of information for passengers as well as for those at the airport to meet flights. Other airports report that this is an extremely popular customer service and we are pleased to offer it to those who use Little Rock National," says Deborah Schwartz, Executive Director of Little Rock International. Little Rock has joined the ranks of several other airports from Texas to Nova Scotia in using FlightView Monitor to improve customer relations including El Paso International Airport (ELP), Lincoln Airport (LIN), Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CTG), and Halifax International Airport (YHZ).

"We are very happy that Little Rock National selected FlightView Monitor," said Lorraine Flynn, president of RLM Software, "The positive feedback FlightView's been receiving from the traveling public has been tremendous for airports. Our new technology helps forward-moving airports like Little Rock National with their mandate to foster a customer-friendly atmosphere in a cost-effective manner."

Since 9/11, the importance of flight status to the traveling public has reached a whole new level. By integrating real-time, updated aircraft location information with a clear, graphical map, FlightView Monitor enables visitors at the airport or those on the web to track the flights of their friends, family, or colleagues with confidence and peace of mind. RLM Software, and its FlightView brand of flight tracking solutions, continues to support and develop new products that keep travelers, the public and the aviation industry informed and up-to-date.

FlightView can customize FlightView Monitor for any airport, highlighting specific airlines to track, geographical area displayed and airports to view on the map. Monitor is available for commercial and private flights in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. FlightView Monitor can also be customized to match the look and feel of an airport's web site, thus strengthening the connection with the traveling public and the local community.
